Mission
Empowered Young Leaders mission is to ensure that the next generation are informed and have a seat at the table when decisions are being made regarding young people issues and we achieve this through:
1. Creating engagement pathways for Aboriginal young people, EYL empowers community identified solutions to enable young leaders to have a positive impact today and establish processes to create a lasting impact for future generations.
2. Empowering Aboriginal young people to challenge the status quo to achieve their dreams through grass roots initiatives delivering real benefits now and into the future.
3. Investing in and equipping our young people through capacity building approaches, training and empowerment, safeguarding them to be confident in their respective roles.
4. Collectively amplifying the voice of Aboriginal young people through grass root initiatives enable them to achieve their goals.
