  • Position Overview

    The Monitoring & Evaluation Manager is essential for implementing our monitoring and evaluation framework and advancing data initiatives across the organisation. You will ensure the effective collection, analysis and sharing of data to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.

    This opportunity is offered as a 12-month position with a possibility of extension.

    Ideal Candidate

    You are a analytical, data orientated and passionate about using data to drive impact. With experience in monitoring and evaluation, you are confident in designing and applying data collection methods, conducting analysis and presenting insights clearly to support unformed decision-making.

    You have strong organisational skills, the ability to work independently and a collaborative approach when working across teams. You understanding of culturally appropriate data practices and commitment to continuous learning makes you as asset to both strategic and community-focused settings.  

  • Position Overview

    This is an exciting opportunity to lead the operational functions of EC-West as Chief Operations Officer (COO). In this pivotal role, you will drive effective, efficient and sustainable service delivery while providing strategic leadership across finance, human resources, compliance, administration and stakeholder engagement.

    Ideal Candidate

    You are a strategic and values-driven leader with demonstrated experience managing complex operations in a senior role. You bring strong expertise across finance, human resources, compliance and stakeholder engagement and strategic planning with a proven ability to deliver high-quality outcomes and drive sustainable growth.

    Your collaborative approach, commitment to community empowerment and understanding of culturally responsive leadership will enable you to guide the organisation effectively. You are skilled at building relationships with diverse stakeholders, leading high-performing teams and ensuring that all operations align with the organisations vision, strategic priorities and partnership commitments.
